Group therapy feedback

"Give Space has provided our clients with a safe and nurturing environment where they can freely explore their worries, anxieties, and emotions.

From the very beginning, Give Space displayed a genuine dedication to supporting our clients' emotional well-being. Their team of highly skilled and compassionate therapists created a warm and inclusive atmosphere that instantly put our clients at ease. The carefully designed drama therapy sessions allowed our clients to engage in creative expression while delving into the depths of their inner world.

We have witnessed remarkable transformations in the clients since the partnership with Give Space began."

"It was something I looked forward to. A safe, chill space to give time to my brain where I don't have to do anything and if I do it's because I want to."- Client, group therapy

Wellbeing participant

"Feelings can be difficult to talk or write about directly, it's often easier to draw and colour those feelings onto a mask, to draw and annotate a tree about one's life history, or otherwise express feelings through artistic subtext.

Despite having very little artistic skill, Give Space's sessions proved surprisingly effective at allowing me to 'silently scream' my tangled thoughts through a polite, productive, and social outlet."

Staff wellbeing participant

"I found these sessions were absolutely amazing, I didn’t know what to expect from them but they have both given me so much, I didn’t just learn a lot about myself and how I neglect myself but it was also a great way to understand my colleagues to which is great."

Group therapy client

"It has been a fantastically positive experience, that I felt comfortable enough to open up. A safe space to be vulnerable. The group were warm and supportive. Becci and Rachel are compassionate, encouraging and inclusive. I would recommend the sessions to all those in need. Thank you."

"I had the pleasure of inviting Give Space to TfL to deliver a wellbeing workshop for Graduates and Apprentices. The session was very interactive and really helped explore stress in the workplace and ways of healthily managing it. This is exceptionally important for our graduates and apprentices in the early stages of their career.

Rachel and Becci were incredibly welcoming and encouraging hosts, helping to ease people out of their shells and really engage with the activities. They were also very well organised, creating a brilliant structure for the session and providing a wealth of knowledge and resources to facilitate the session.

Thank you very much, I would highly recommend your services and hope to work with you again in the future."

"The set up and organisation of the Give Space workshop was super easy. The communication beforehand was very smooth.

Rachel and Becci delivered the workshop for a group of our Y8 girls. The girls were selected as they struggle with their self esteem. The atmosphere of the workshop was very inviting and supportive - couldn't be better to get the girls opening up. A day later the girls didn't have anything but praise and particularly liked the starter activity and the conversations with Becci and Rachel. They told me that they loved the workshop and would like to have another one if possible.

All of them - without exception."

"The workshop equipped everyone with the ability, a new lease on life that they could manage!! One amazing gift that stood out was the ability for Give Space to adjust to all our clients' needs - those that struggled with communication, those that didn't, those physically struggling, those emotionally struggling- the delivery and workshop was impeccable."
