Well-being workshops

At Give Space we believe that mental health deserves as much attention and care as physical. We are dedicated to educating people about nurturing positive mental health and emotional well-being, and that's exactly what we offer in our well-being workshops. Our well-being workshops are appropriate for all ages and cover a range of topics such as:

  • stress management

  • managing emotions

  • sleep hygiene 

  • anger management
